Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to mitmitke.com and the Mitmitke product (the “Service”). By using the Service, submitting a waitlist email, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Mitmitke helps teams create short brand videos from reusable templates and schedule them to connected social channels. Features available to you may depend on invitation, workspace membership, and platform review status. Public registration may be closed; a waitlist does not guarantee an account or any particular launch date.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspaces are intended for a brand or client. You may only connect social accounts and pages that you are authorized to manage.

Your content

You retain ownership of copy, photos, logos, brand assets, captions, and other material you upload or enter (“Your Content”). You grant Mitmitke a limited license to host, process, render, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including generating preview and MP4 output and publishing to channels you connect.

You represent that you have the rights to use Your Content and any music, likenesses, or trademarks you include. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material.

Connected platforms

Publishing uses third-party APIs such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Mastodon, and X. Those platforms have their own terms. Mitmitke does not control their availability, review rules, or how they display your posts. Disconnecting a channel stops future publishes from Mitmitke; it does not delete posts already published on that platform.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• bypass access controls or use another person’s account
• use the Service to spam, impersonate, or violate platform rules
• reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows

Availability and changes

The Service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

We do not warrant that renders, schedules, or publishes will succeed on any given platform or time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitmitke is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of content, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or creates risk to the Service or others.
